  •   十二年國教課綱自108學年度由各教育階段一年級逐年實施,本研究關注技術型高中課堂教學核心素養的落實,及其推動與轉化因應。十二年國教課綱以核心素養為課程與教學發展與實施之主軸, 技術型高中育才目標為培養學生具備專業實務技能、陶冶職業道德、增進人文與科技素養、創造思考及適應社會變遷能力,奠定生涯發展基礎,提升務實致用之就業力;本研究目的探究與發展技術型高中教師在課室落實素養導向教學的適切指標。其次,了解技術型高中教師素養導向教學實踐的情形與困境,並提出改善策略的建議。
      本研究採取合作行動研究法,運用文件分析、訪談、專家諮詢、參與觀察、問卷調查等資料蒐集方法,以達成研究目的。研究成果可作為技術型高中教師課堂教學實踐與相關政策擬定之參考,並提供未來課綱研究發展之建議。
     

  •   The Curriculum Guidelines of 12-Year Basic Education has been implemented progressively starting from the first grade of each educational stage since 2019 academic year. This study focuses on the implementation of core competency in vocational senior high schools, and its promotion and transformation. The Curriculum Guidelines of 12-Year Basic Education take core competencies as the basis of curriculum and teaching development. Vocational senior high schools aim to aid students in cultivating professional practical skills, inculcate professional ethics, increase proficiency in humanities and technology, enable students to think critically and creatively and adapt to social changes, establish a solid foundation for their career paths, and improve practical skills to enhance employability. The purpose of this study is, first, to explore and develop appropriate indicators for vocational senior high school teachers to implement competency-driven instruction, and secondly, to understand the situation and difficulties of vocational senior high school teachers’ competency-driven instruction and practice, and to propose suggestions of improving strategies.
      This study adopts the cooperative action research method, which uses document analysis, interviews, expert consultation, participation and observation, questionnaire survey and other data collection methods to achieve the research outcomes. The results can be used as a reference for the development of classroom practice and the formulation of related policies for vocational senior high school teachers, and provide suggestions for future research development in curriculum guidelines.
