　　本研究旨在建構國民小學實踐素養導向教學之教科書使用評估指標系統；從教師與學生、家長的經驗觀點評估國民小學實踐素養導向教學的教科書使用情形；以及探討國民小學實踐素養導向教學的教科書使用現況、問題與精進策略；為達成上述目的，本研究除了進行文獻探討外，主要採用訪談、焦點團體座談、問卷調查、諮詢座談；其中文獻探討，係就國內外素養導向教學、教科書使用、指標系統等相關文獻予以蒐集、分析與整理，為本研究之概念架構基礎；訪談法主要用以徵詢學者專家、國民小學校長或學校行政人員、教師、家長，對國民小學實踐素養導向教學之教科書使用評估指標系統內涵的看法；焦點團體座談的部分，預計舉辦四場，座談對象包括：國民小學校長或學校行政人員、教師、家長；問卷調查的部分，係以臺灣地區國民小學一年級教師、學生、家長為對象，預計分別發放2,000份問卷，以瞭解國民小學實踐素養導向教學之教科書使用情形；諮詢座談的部分，預計舉辦四場，諮詢對象包括：專家學者、國民小學校長或學校行政人員、教師、家長；最後的研究報告，將包括緒論、文獻探討、研究方法、結果分析與討論、結論與建議。

　　The main objectives of this research are to construct the appropriate evaluation indicator system of the textbook use for practical competency-based instruction in elementary schools, to evaluate the situation of the textbook use for practical competency-based instruction in elementary schools from the perspective of teachers and students, parents, and to explore the current situation, problems and strategies of the textbook use for practical competency-based instruction in elementary schools. To achieve these objectives, literature review, interview, focus group, the questionnaire survey, and panel discussion will be employed. Literature review will be used to integrate and summarize researches on competency-based instruction, textbook use, indicator system. Interview will be conducted to consult experts’ viewpoints and practitioners’ opinions about the connotation of indicator system of the textbook use for practical competency-based instruction in elementary schools. Focus group will be used to collect the opinions of experts and practitioners. To understand the situation of the textbook use for practical competency-based instruction in elementary schools, the samples of the questionnaire survey will be 2,000 first grade teachers, students, parents of elementary schools in Taiwan. Panel discussion will be used to collect the opinions of experts and practitioners. The final study report will include introduction, literature review, research methodology, findings and discussions, conclusions and suggestions.
