    研發與落實課程綱要

  •   十二年國民基本教育課程綱要預定於108學年度正式上路,由國民小學、國民中學及高級中學一年級逐年實施,該課程綱要以「自發」、「互動」、「共好」為基本理念,並以「啟發生命潛能」、「陶養生活之能」、「促進生涯發展」、「涵育公民責任」為課程目標,強調學生為學習主體,培養其主動學習與應用知識的能力,進而陶冶其終身學習之意願以及與社會互動之能力,以達到全人教育的理想(教育部,2017)。
    十二年國民基本教育課程綱要總綱明定高中課程應劃分為部定必修科目與校定科目兩大類,其中,部定必修科目包含一般科目、專業科目與實習科目,校訂科目則包含校定必修與校定選修兩類。本次課改主要考量學校發展特色、教師專業自主與學生適性學習為前提,進行課程內容與時數上的調整。然過去我國課程改革,經常是學者努力研發,政府部門努力推動,但教育現場執行狀況不得而知,導致部份關心教育人士常以少數學校的執行,推論國家課程改革的成效,讓社會大眾對於課程改革經常有所誤解。故本研究主要目的則在於檢視目前技術型高中教育階段各校課程開課狀況,以及十二年國教素養導向課程實施後,技術型高中學生學習表現與認知,其結果做為課程反饋之依據。為良善我國教育體系,使十二年國教素養導向課程與教學確切落實,故本研究有其執行之必要。
     

  •   Curriculum Guidelines of 12-Year Basic Education is going to be conducted in 2019. This policy will conduct from the first grade of elementary school, junior high school and high school. The Guidelines’ fundamental belief adopts the concepts of taking initiative, engaging in interaction and seeking the common good. The goals of curriculum are inspiring students to unleash their full potential, teaching and developing students’ knowledge about life, promoting students’ career development and inculcating students’ civic responsibility. The belief and goals of Guidelines emphasize that students are the center of learning and we should cultivate students’ active learning skills to unleash their hidden potential. (The Ministry of Education, 2017).
      Curriculum Guidelines of 12-Year Basic Education reveals that the framework of curriculum are MOE-mandated curriculum and school-developed curriculum. MOE-mandated curriculum includes general subjects, vocational subjects and hands-on courses while school-developed curriculum involves school-developed required courses and elective courses. The recent researches about curriculum revolution mostly focus on developing curriculum and promoting hard by the government, which leads to the misunderstanding of the actual effectiveness of curriculum among schools. This study mainly examines the effectiveness of the curriculum among vocational senior high schools and the academic performance of students in the upper secondary school stage. To purify the education system and to ensure the promotion of core competencies within 12-Year Basic Education, this study is consequential.
