教育部因近年學生擔任車手涉詐欺案件數攀升,尤以12至23歲涉案最多,爰藉由真實案例,解析學生擔任詐騙車手所可能承擔之法律責任,並製作相關資訊懶人包,提供學校及社會各界下載使用,期能避免學生遭不法分子利用,衍生後續法律風險與責任。
