Biography

 Wanshin Chang currently works as an assistant research fellow at the Center for Textbook Research, National Academy for Educational Research, Taiwan. She holds a PhD degree from the Graduate Institute of Education at National Chung Cheng University, afterward, she has served as a Postdoctoral fellow of Institute of Taiwan Languages and Language Teaching at National Tsing Hua University. Her research expertise lies within the field of reading psychology, particularly within the processes of reading comprehension. She has also taken interest in investigating how readers integrate information during multiple documents reading, and how reading materials affect reader’s learning performance.

 To promote students' reading and learning performance, Wanshin Chang intends to combine cognitive psychology and reading research in order to provide empirical evidence for education. Wanshin Chang will continue to explore research issues for reading and learning, moreover, transfer research to practice.
