　　My name is Hsieh-Chih Lai. I am an associate research fellow of Research Center for Educational System and Policy of National Academy for Educational Research. My research expertise mainly includes educational policy and leadership, knowledge management and educational research. The research themes in recent years mainly include: positive leadership, knowledge leadership, professional development, professional learning communities, high-quality schools, and adaptive education.
