　　本研究計畫之主要目的在於能夠掌握新課綱在國中教育階段學校實施的現狀與問題，理解國中教育階段學校推動素養導向課程的運作機制與關鍵要素，並能夠提出國中教育階段學校落實素養導向課程的最佳實務。本計畫定位在於學校整體推動部分，著重對學校整體課綱推動的全面理解，主要探討國中教育階段學校有關「課程領導」、「課程發展與評鑑」、「教師課程專業」、「課程發展支持系統及資源」等面向的現況、運作機制與關鍵要素。

　　The purposes of this study plan are: 1.to grasp the current situation and problems of the 2019 curriculum guidelines in the junior high schools; 2.to understand the operational mechanism and critical factors of the competence-based curriculum implementation in the junior high schools;3.to propose the best practices of the competence-based curriculum implementation in the junior high schools. The category of this study is to understand the whole picture of the competence-based curriculum implementation in the junior high schools. 
　　The target of this study is to explore the current situation, operational mechanism and critical factors for curriculum leadership, curriculum development and evaluation, teacher curriculum profession, the support system and resource of curriculum development in the junior high schools.
