  •   本研究主要目的在瞭解偏鄉國民中學適性輔導與職涯試探的實施成效及問題;探析偏鄉國民中學技藝教育學程的運作情形;探究偏鄉高級中等學校適性輔導與職涯試探的實施成效及問題;探討偏鄉高級中等學校實用技能學程的運作情形;提出偏鄉中學階段學生適性輔導與職涯試探之精進方案;為達成上述目的,本研究除了進行文獻探討外,主要採用訪談、焦點團體座談、問卷調查、諮詢座談;其中文獻探討,係就國內外偏鄉中學階段適性輔導、職涯試探、技藝教育、實用技能等相關文獻予以蒐集、分析與整理,為本研究之概念架構基礎;訪談法主要用以徵詢學者專家、中學階段校長、學校行政人員及教師,對偏鄉國民中學及高級中等學校適性輔導與職涯試探內涵的看法;焦點團體座談的部分,預計舉辦四場,座談對象包括:國民中學及高級中等學校校長、學校行政人員、教師等;問卷調查的部分,係分別以偏鄉國民中學及高級中等學校教師為對象,預計發放2,000份問卷,以評估偏鄉中學階段適性輔導與職涯試探之實施情形;諮詢座談的部分,預計舉辦四場,諮詢對象包括:專家學者、中學階段校長、學校行政人員、教師等;最後的研究報告,將包括緒論、文獻探討、研究方法、結果分析與討論、結論與建議。

  •   The main objectives of this research are to understand the effectiveness and problems regarding adaptive guidance and career exploration of junior high schools in rural areas, to explore the operational situation of the technical arts program of junior high schools in rural areas, to explore the effectiveness and problems regarding adaptive guidance and career exploration of senior and vocational high schools in rural areas, to explore the operational situation of the practical technical program of senior and vocational high schools in rural areas, and to put forward the advanced solution of student adaptive guidance and career exploration of secondary schools in rural areas. To achieve these objectives, literature review, interview, focus group, the questionnaire survey, and panel discussion will be employed. Literature review will be used to integrate and summarize researches on adaptive guidance, career exploration, technical arts program, practical technical program of secondary schools in rural areas. Interview will be conducted to consult experts’ viewpoints about the connotation of adaptive guidance and career exploration of secondary schools in rural areas. Focus group will be used to collect the opinions of experts and practitioners. To evaluate the implementation of adaptive guidance and career exploration of secondary schools in rural areas, the samples of the questionnaire survey will be 2,000 teachers of secondary schools in rural areas. Panel discussion will be used to collect the opinions of experts and practitioners. The final study report will include introduction, literature review, research methodology, findings and discussions, conclusions and suggestions.
