1.內容?
本研究主要透過愛學網網路日誌,瞭解並分析網路使用者行為,作為改善網站效能及內容管理的依據。網站日誌從開站日2012年2月4日累積至當年的12月31日,共計約15.4GB,超過五千八百萬行的資料。在龐大的資料中,我們藉由電腦程式設計作為資料篩選及統計計算的工具,探索潛在的研究議題,並忠實反映使用者在愛學網留下的足跡。?
? ? 主要研究結果發現:(1) 約九成的網站使用者來自臺灣,其中半數以上為臺灣學術網路的用戶,上課期間的使用者多數亦來自臺灣學術網路用;(2) 就網頁使用頻率而言,離島地區的使用者與臺灣之間並沒有顯著的差距;就學習內容而言,電視館是主要的學習對象。(3)以愛學網網站架構而言,使用者點選頻率依次為:電視館、益智遊戲、萬花筒、活動廣場及名人講堂。?
2.對教育政策之建議與貢獻:?
(1)立即可行性建議?
從研究結果中發現影片是網路使用者偏好的學習內容,但網站中各學習領域的內容多寡不一,部分學習內容並無相關學習資源,應優先補足各學習領域內容,讓學生在所有領域都能獲得線上學習的機會。?
(2)中長期建議?
在現代網路環境中,手持式設備一直廣獲使用者的喜愛。從網站日誌檔中可以看出許多使用者利用手持式設備瀏覽網站,但愛學網在設計之初並未將智慧型手機及平板電腦納入使用範圍。如何改變網站系統設定及學習素材格式,讓使用者更方便地取用,創造無所不在的學習環境,成為未來重要發展的議題。?
愛學網的服務對象一直侷限於國內的中小學生,其學習內容也以此作為搜集及研發的主要依據。由於網路的無遠弗屆及軟體國際化的特性,許多教材開發之初,可藉由語言文字的多元設定與呈現,同樣的教材以不同的語言表達。這種具彈性的學習內容,不僅擴增服務的對象,也因此增加臺灣的國際影響力。?

The purpose of this study is to understand and analysis the users’ behaviors by the traffic logs of the “I-Fun Learning” website and as a basis for improving the website performance and content management. From 2013 February 4 to December 31, there are more than fifty-eight million lines and a total of 15.4GB of log. We not only explore the potential research issues, but also faithfully reflect the users’ footsteps from the web usage logs by designing the desired computer programs for data filtering and statistics.?
The main findings in this report are summarized as follows. (1) More than 90% website users are from Taiwan and more than half of Taiwan users are from TANET. In school time, most of the website users are also from TANET. (2) There is no significant difference in website hit rate of users between on and off shore of Taiwan. In addition, the main learning content is shown in TV channel. (3) According the amounts of the page hit, the users favorite learning contents are arranged as TV program, on-line game, on-line resources, activities announce, and celebrity lecture.?
Recommendations for policy:?
From the results, we can find that the learning materials are arranged in the website by the classification of curricula in school. However, not all materials are available for all curricula. If any part of insufficient priority should complement for elementary and junior high school students.?
In a modern environment, the portable devices, say, Tablet PC and mobile phone are popular. However, the I-Fun Learning website is not still available for such devices. The website should be changed and improved such that people can acquire the learning materials anytime and anywhere with portable devices. This is useful for building a ubiquitous leaning system.?
I-Fun Learning website provides services limited to primary and junior high school students. The learning materials are also designed for those students. In fact, all users in the world can access the website via internet. ?If the materials are developed and set by multi-language, these flexible learning contents, not only can serve for more users, but also increase Taiwan’s international influence in internet. ?
