　　本研究主要目的在探討我國學術性辭典類工具書之發展策略，以作為未來發展之參考。研究方法包括問卷調查法與焦點團體訪談法。 研究發現，問卷填答者對於「雙語詞彙、學術名詞暨辭書資訊網」的功能及服務，多數表示很好；使用網站的頻率，以每週使用0-5小時最多。使用目的依序為研究、撰寫課堂作業、翻譯專業文件、增加背景知識、撰寫博碩士論文、教學、及撰寫專書等。最常使用的功能為辭彙查詢，約82%認為名詞的解釋應該在199字以內。

　　焦點團體受訪者對於學術性辭典類工具書的發展，認為雲端使用是未來的趨勢，弱勢和具基礎性的學科優先編撰，內容應優先涵蓋名詞翻譯及釋義，並以問題解決導向方式編輯。名詞審譯可運用專家聚會開會、線上編修和網路協作等多元方式。至於，發展以使用者為導向的學術性辭典類工具書，需於系統開發時先想行動裝置上怎麼用；詞目網址可記憶、本身就有它的學術分類且詞目有超連結；網站應使用常見易懂無需參考說明即可完成操作的搜尋導覽方式，並對專業名詞提供進一步的資料。

　　最後，本研究建議發展以使用者需求為導向的雲端學術性辭典。辭典內容需涵蓋弱勢和基礎性的學科、名詞翻譯及200字以內釋義。網站需具有線上審譯功能，使用者介面需容易使用。

　　The main purpose of this study was to explore the development strategies of academic dictionaries in Taiwan. The questionnaire survey and the focus group discussion methods were used in this study. The result showed, from the respondent's survey for the Academic Terms website of the National Academy for Educational research, that most respondents indicated well about overall functions and services, and using the site less than 5 hours per week. The purposes of using the website in order are doing research, writing homework, translating professional document, and increasing background knowledge. Frequently used functions were inquiry, dissertation writing, teaching, and writing professional books. About 82% respondents thought that the term should be interpreted in less than 199 words.

　　According to the focus group discussion, it was found that the cloud academic dictionary will be the future trend. For academic dictionary compilation, the priority at disciplines are the disadvanged and basic disciplines, and at contents are terms translation and theirs interpretation, and at compilation approach is problem-solving oriented. Translation and review practices can use a gathering meeting, online compiling and web collaboration. As for the development of user-oriented academic dictionary, the things need to be considered are: how to use on mobile devices, every term has its URLs and can be remembered, has its academic classification and hyperlinks; the website should be user-friendly, and provide further information for each academic term.

　　Finally, some strategies for Taiwan academic dictionaries development were proposed, such as the priority disciplines, contents selection, compilation organization, translation and review practices, and user-oriented service.
