  •   人才培育是各級教育階段的核心目標,在後期中等教育階段尤其關鍵。從教育功能的角度,後期中等教育階段的重要性在於學生的適性分流選擇,奠定未來就業或接受高等教育的基礎,而這適性分流的關鍵就在四技二專及大學多元入學制度。據此,本研究之目的係探究高中三年級考生對四技二專及大學多元入學機制之看法,包括對多元入學制度的認同態度,以及了解考生生涯規畫、知覺公平性、知覺選擇機會、升學壓力之情況。研究方法為問卷調查法,第一年共調查3398位技術型高中學生,第二年共調查6160位普通型高中學生。主要研究發現為:(1)技術型高中學生對整體四技二專多元入學制度相當認同。(2)低家庭社經背景之技術型高中學生在四技二專多元入學制度中稍為弱勢。(3)不同群科之技術型高中學生在面對四技二專多元入學制度的知覺與態度差異頗大。(4)大學入學三管道已逐步實踐適性適才精神,但需注意普通型高中學生對整體制度的不滿。(5)低家庭社經背景之普通型高中學生在大學多元入學制度仍處於弱勢。(6)大學多元入學管道已能減緩普通型高中學生升學壓力,但降低補習風氣方面仍有待加強。

      Talent cultivation is the core goal of education at all levels, especially in the post-secondary education stage. From the perspective of educational function, the importance of the post-secondary education lies in the selection of students' diplicity, laying the foundation for future employment or higher education, and the key to this diversion is the system of diversification. Based on this, the purpose of this study is to explore the third-grade senior high school students’ perception about the university multiple admission, including agreement with the system, perceived career planning, perceived equity, perceived choice opportunities, perceived pressure. The research method was questionnaire survey. The first year we surveyed a total of 3398 vocational high school students, and the second year we surveyed 6160 academic high school students. The main findings of the research are that: (1) vocational high school students show high agreement with the admission system. (2) lower SES vocational high school students are relatively in unfavorable circumstances in this system. (3) the agreement with the system, perceived career planning, perceived equity, perceived choice opportunities, perceived pressure of vocational high school students in different groups are quite different in the face of the system. (4) all the three ways of university enrollment have been gradually accepted by academic high school students, but the disagreement and dissatisfaction with the overall system need to be paid attention to. (5) lower SES academic high school students are relatively in unfavorable circumstances in this system. (6) multiple admission ways have been able to reduce the pressure on academic high school students, but how to reduce the atmosphere of going to cram schools is still a big problem.
