  •   本研究在總計畫「我國高等教育產業國際化之研究」的架構下,旨在探究我國高等教育國際化基礎條件。本研究以文獻分析與問卷調查為基礎,調查外籍生總數前40所大專校院之校園國際化基礎條件在教師、課程、學生、校園生活及佈局與行政機制等五大構面之達成情形,並針對我國推動高等教育國際化之相關策略,據以分析及歸納並進行綜合討論,依此提出本研究之結論略以:高等教育國際化之基礎條件仍有待全面提升,「教師之國際化」達成度相對最佳,「學生之國際化」改善空間最大,「教師之國際化」以外語能力為優先提升項目、「課程之國際化」須於課程設計培養學生國際視野、「學生之國際化」要強化外語與涉外交流能力、「國際化之佈局與行政機制」宜提升職員與系所層級之涉外能力、「校園生活之國際化」應重視校園雙語環境與文化陶冶。並依此結論,對教育部及大專校院提出相關建議,期各界積極提升國際化基礎條件,在此基石上方可進一步落實與彰顯高等教育國際化與產業化之實質效益。

  •   This study was part of a research project, entitled “The study of the internationalization of the higher education industry in Taiwan.” The purpose of this study was to explore the internationalization infrastructure of higher education. This study conducted by literature review and questionnaire survey. The objects of survey were faculty, students and staff of the first 40 sort of university or college according to the total number of foreign students. The fulfillment of the five dimensions of internationalization infrastructure situation including teachers, curriculum, students, campus life and international deployment and administrative mechanisms were surveyed. The analysis of related strategies to promote the internationalization of higher education of the country were taken into consideration, so conclusions of this study include: 1); The internationalization of higher education infrastructure is yet to be fully upgraded,”; 2) teachers’ internationalization reached relatively best, students’ internationalization” left much to be improved,; 3) “teachers' internationalization 'to enhance the foreign language skills as a priority project,”; 4) curriculum internationalization required to cultivate students with an international perspective by curriculum design,; 5) “students’ internationalization to strengthen foreign language competency and skills of dealing with foreigners,; 6) “deployment and administrative mechanisms should enhance the diplomatic skills of the staff from administrative units and departments, ; 7) “Campus Life” should pay attention to cultivate bilingual environment and culture exchange. According to the above conclusions, this study presents recommendations for the Ministry of Education and colleges. Only actively enhance the internationalization of the campus infrastructure, internationalization of higher education and the real benefits of industrialization only to further implement and demonstrate.
