  •   本文旨在瞭解新加坡高齡教育政策之面貌,以文件分析法為主,焦點座談為輔,探討新加坡高齡教育政策發展背景、發展現況以及對我國教育的啟示,最後歸納結論與建議。結論如下:(1)成立跨部會組織,制定全方位成功老化政策架構;(2)結合個人、家庭、社區、官方及民間之力量,全民邁向活躍老化;(3)培訓高齡志工,鼓勵高齡者再就業;(4)建構樂齡健康完整理念,指引多元創新的課程與教學;(5)持續加強代間教育,促進世代融合。建議如下:(1)成立行政院層級高齡對策委員會;(2)政府與民間分工要清楚;(3)國家教育研究院成立高齡教育研究中心;(4)落實退休準備教育;(5)多挹注經費,滿足樂齡需求;(6)加強代間教育;(7)成立全國性高齡志工團體。

  •   This study aimed to understand Singapore elder educational policy. Through document analysis, supplemented by focus groups, this study tried to explore the background of Singapore elder educational policy development, its current status, and the implications for Taiwan. Finally, conclusions and recommendations were advanced. Conclusions were as follows: (1) Establish an interagency organization to develop a full range of successful aging policy framework; (2) United with the strength of individuals, families, communities, government and the non-official organizations, Singaporeans moved towards active ageing; (3) Train elder volunteers and encourage the elderly re-employment; (4) Construct a complete philosophy of active ageing to provide the diverse innovative curriculum and teaching; (5) Continue to strengthen the intergeneration education to promote intergenerational fusion. Recommendations are as follows: (1) Establish a cabinet-level elder policy committee; (2) Responsibilites of the Government and the private sectors should have a clear division; (3) National Academy for Educational Research should set up an elderly educational research center; (4) Implementation of the retirement preparedness education; (5) Inject more funds to meet the demand of elders; (6) Strengthen the intergenerational education; (7) Establish a national elder volunteers organization.
