  •   創業家精神主要包括創意創新、主動積極、統整資源及創造價值等內涵,本研究將教育創業家精神暫訂為能採取創新思維及主動積極態度,並發現機會及統整各項資源,進而創造價值及擴大正向影響力,以達成教育目標的過程。而於國家教育研究院國民中小學校長儲訓班課程納入教育創業家精神,可俾利於國民中小學校長將教育創業家精神轉化運用於校務治理與領導,藉此可催化學校教育進步與發展,並成為學校變革的能動者。

      教育創業家精神是主動積極及透過創意創新,創造教育價值的過程,同時必須具有教育情懷與使命,付出努力及時間。國外對於教育創業家精神已有所倡導,研究也顯示校長創業家領導行為與學校創新有密切相關,惟國內校長培育與專業發展仍未著墨於教育創業家精神之意涵關注,甚為可惜,此為國內中小學校長培訓及專業發展之缺口,值得加以探討。

      綜言之,由於社會及教育競爭環境的變遷、教育需要不斷創新成長及實驗教育的興起下,校長應具有創業家之精神,展現主動積極及正向的態度,具有創意創新並善於運用資源及連結網絡,以創造個人及學校之更大價值。職此之故,本研究在探究創業家精神及教育創業家精神之意涵,且以質性訪談及量化分析研究途徑,跨域了解企業界及教育界之受訪者對國家教育研究院國民中小學校長儲訓班課程納入教育創業家精神之不同觀點,並藉由融入式課程方式,探討並評估教育創業家精神融入國家教育研究院國民中小學校長儲訓班課之情形,最後根據研究發現與結論,提出建議以作為國家教育研究院精進國民中小學校長儲訓班學習成效之參考。

  •   Entrepreneurship involves innovation, active participation, resource integration, and creating value. This study defines educational entrepreneurship as a process of utilizing innovative mind and proactive attitude to discover opportunities, integrate all sorts of resources and further create value and expand its positive influences to achieve educational goals. The infusion of entrepreneurship curriculum in Principal Educational Training Program in National Academy for Educational Research is beneficial for principals to convert educational entrepreneurship into school affair management and leadership, which will catalyze the progress and development of school education and become the activist of school revolution.?

      Educational entrepreneurship is a process of creating educational value with active participation and innovation, and more importantly with educational enthusiasm, commitment, efforts and dedication of time. Foreign countries have been advocating educational entrepreneurship and researches have also indicated the close relationship between entrepreneurial leadership of principals and school innovation. However, the training and professional development of principals in the nation has not included educational entrepreneurship, which is needed for a complete principal training and professional development and worthy of investigation.?

      In sum, faced with changes and competitiveness in social and educational settings, and the experimental education, principals should be equipped with entrepreneurship, demonstrate active and positive attitudes while making good use of resources and networks to create more values within individuals and schools. Therefore, this research aims to explore the meanings of entrepreneurship and educational entrepreneurship. Qualitative interview method and questionnaire survey were used to collect different opinions on the infusion of educational entrepreneurship curriculum in principal training program in National Academy for Educational research from business and educational domains and investigation was made with infusion curriculum. Finally, this study provides findings and conclusions as references to National Academy for Educational Research for providing quality principal training program.
