本研究為三年期的研究，第一年主要在瞭解原住民學前教育文化課程的概況，第二年主要在發展原住民學前教育文化課程方案，第三年主要在實施原住民學前教育文化課程方案。

本研究的目的如下：
一、瞭解原住民幼兒教育文化課程的概況。
二、探討原住民幼兒教育文化課程的理論基礎與課程要素。
三、發展原住民幼兒教育文化課程方案。
四、瞭解原住民幼兒教育文化課程方案對幼兒學習成效的影響。
五、瞭解實施原住民幼兒教育文化課程方案的班級實施的狀況。
六、根據研究結果與評鑑，對原住民幼兒教育文化課程方案做修訂。
七、根據研究結果，對原住民幼兒教育文化課程與教學，提出建議。

本研究的問題如下：
一、原住民幼兒教育文化課程的目標、內容、方法，與評量為何？
二、原住民幼兒教育文化課程能否提昇幼兒對自我、族群與文化的了解、自信與認同？
三、原住民幼兒教育文化課程能否消除幼兒對人、事、物的偏見、歧視與刻板印象？
四、原住民幼兒教育文化課程能否培養幼兒欣賞、尊重，與接納他人的態度？
五、實施原住民幼兒教育文化課程方案的班級，實施的狀況如何？
六、實施原住民幼兒教育文化課程方案的班級，教師、學生，與學者專家對課程方案的評鑑如何？

本研究的研究法主要以質性研究為主，研究蒐集的工具包括：參與觀察、訪談，與研究現場的文件。

This is a three-year study. In the first year, the researcher investigates current

situation of culture curriculum at indigenous preschools and kindergartens. In the second year, the researcher tries to develop culture curriculum at indigenous preschools and kindergartens. In the third year, the researcher tries to implement culture curriculum at indigenous preschools and kindergartens.

The purpose of this study is:

1. To understand current situation of culture curriculum at indigenous preschools and kindergartens.
2. To investigate theoretical foundation and curriculum elements of culture curriculum at indigenous preschools and kindergartens.
3. To develop culture curriculum at indigenous preschools and kindergartens.
4. To understand the influence of children’s learning effectiveness of above culture curriculum.
5. To understand the implementation of indigenous culture curriculum.
6. To revise indigenous culture curriculum of early childhood education according to research results and evaluations.
7. To provide recommendations to culture curriculum and instruction of early childhood education according to research results.

The research questions are:

1. What are the goals, teaching content, methods, and evaluation of indigenous culture curriculum of early childhood education?
2. Can indigenous culture curriculum of early childhood education promote children’s self-esteem, ethnic and culture understanding, confidence, and identification?
3. Can indigenous culture curriculum of early childhood education eliminate children’s bias, discrimination, and stereotype to anything?
4. Can indigenous culture curriculum of early childhood education nurture children’s attitude to appreciate, respect, and accept others?
5. What are current situation of the implementation on indigenous culture curriculum classes?
6. How do teachers, students, and experts feel about indigenous culture curriculum classes?

This is a qualitative research. Data collection of this study involves three techniques: 1) site documents, 2) classroom observations, and 3) in-depth interview.
