    優化校長遴選/培訓

  •   校園發生危機,多半來自於校園安全與親、師、生與社區間的緊張關係,故風險管理與親師公關對於校長職能實為重要。透過相關能力可樹立校長良好的形象,並獲社會大眾的認同。然相關核心職能包含傳播、溝通與管理。國家教育研究院候用校長培訓課程中,已列出校長法規與風險管理,以及親師與公共關係兩大課程模組,課程設計也依據校長職能指標進行建構,符合校長在實務工作之相關需求。
    故本院就課程設計上,著實提供校長專業發展,然就課程評鑑上,因缺乏課程實施成效評測工具,導致課程實施成效無法被有效檢核,亦無法給予課程進行回饋。故本計畫第一年主要建立課程模組成效評估工具,主要以國家教育研究院校長儲訓班風險管理與親師公關課程模組進行成效評估,故課程模組成效評估工具包含:學員認知量表、危機發言評分表、口語表達評分規準、風險管理與親師公關演練題目等。根據評測結果進行課程回饋;第二年持續發展演練題目增進評測信效度,藉由結果評估課程精進狀況、學員學習成效最後給予課程回饋。
     

  •   Risk Management and community public relationship are very important to the principal's function. Through the relevant ability to establish a good image of the principal, the public is recognized. The relevant core functions include communication, communication and management. The National Education Institute's candidate principal training course has listed the principal's regulations and risk management, as well as the two major modules of the teacher and public relations. The curriculum design is also constructed according to the principal's functional indicators, in line with the principal's relevant requirements in the practical work.
      At present, the curriculum design provides the professional development of the principal. However, due to the lack of curriculum effectiveness evaluation tools, the effectiveness of the curriculum implementation cannot be effectively checked and the curriculum feedback cannot be performed. Therefore, in the first year of the project, the curriculum module effectiveness evaluation tool was established, and the main risk management and pro-teacher publicity module modules were evaluated for effectiveness. Therefore, the curriculum module effectiveness evaluation tools include: student cognitive scale, crisis speech score sheet, and spoken language. Express scoring standards, risk management and pro-teacher public relations exercises. According to the evaluation results, the course feedback will be provided; in the second year, the continuous development drill questions will improve the evaluation reliability and validity, and the results will be used to evaluate the progress of the course and the students' learning results and finally give the course feedback.
