  •   長期以來國內對於高級中等學校校長及主任領導培訓,迄今並未建立完善的職前、導入及在職培訓制度,初次參與高級中等學校校長遴選者在通過校長遴選後旋即上任,而高級中等學校主任在接受校長任命後,亦未有任何的中階主管培訓,在重視學校領導專業化的新時代,顯然地國內高級中等學校校長及主任領導培訓是教育人員培育的重大缺口,故其培訓方案建構及實踐是目前刻不容緩的教育人員培訓重點。   
      基於高級中等學校校長及主任領導培訓的必要性及未來學校領導方案,本研究之主要研究目的臚列如下:(1)探討高級中等學校校長領導培訓方案之課程內容。(2)探究高級中等學校校長領導培訓方案之學習方式。(3)探究高級中等學校校長領導培訓方案之學習成效評量方式。(4)評估高級中等學校校長領導培訓方案實施之成效。(5)探究高級中等學校主任領導培訓方案之課程內容。(6)探討高級中等學校主任領導培訓方式之學習方式。(7)探究高級中等學校主任領導培訓方案之學習成效評量方式。
     

  •   For a long time, the training of principals and directors of senior high schools has not been established. So far, the pre-employment training system has not been established. The candidates who participated in the senior high school principals immediately took the post after the selection of the principals. And the senior high school directors also accepted the appointment of the principal without training. In the new era of paying attention to the professionalization of school leaders, it is obvious that the design of the senior high school principals and director leadership training programs is a major gap in the training of educators. The training program is important for senior high school leaders.
      Based on the necessity of senior high school principals and director leadership training, as well as Leadership for Future School (LFS) leadership programs, the main research objectives of this study are as follows:(1) Explore the course content of the leadership training program for senior high school principals. (2) Explore the learning style of the leadership training program for senior high school principals. (3) Explore the learning effectiveness of the senior high school principal leadership training program. (4) Assess the effectiveness of the implementation of the leadership training program for senior secondary school principals. (5) Explore the course content of the senior high school director leadership training program. (6) Explore the learning style of the leadership training program for senior high school directors. (7) Explore the learning effectiveness of the senior high school director leadership training program
