    中小學生成就長期追蹤

  •   培養對的學生,社會才有改變的契機。面對無法預知的未來,需求的是分析批判力、創造力、自主性見解、溝通表達等能力。我國須面對教育不公的課題及能力取向評量的需求。本研究以營造學生成功的條件及培養社會所需人才為導向,探討我國中小學測驗與評量如何結合數位評量科技,培養學生面對未來的能力。研究目的有三:(1)剖析數位化評量系統建置技術及其應用,釐清建置之可行性;(2)探討國內外數位化評量案例,勾勒應用之樣貌;(3)形塑數位化評量圖像,梳理落實圖像可行途徑。第一年採文獻與文件分析法及案例研究法,剖析數位學習評量系統環境的建置及其應用的現況;第二年採專家諮詢訪談及國高中小教師焦點座談,形塑未來數位評量的功能與角色。研究發現:(1)數位化評量技術造就評量新風貌;(2)評量數位化造就高效學習:(3)評量結合數位開創未來。建議:(1)國家型測驗數位化以收長期監控與素質提升效益;(2)評量數位化以落實教育公平;(3)營造數位學習評量環境。

  •   Only right teaching for students, the society have the opportunity to be changed in the future. Now the students after graduation will be involved in the unpredictable future. Therefore, their needs are analytical, critical, creating ability, as well as the independent opinion and the ability of communication etc. This study investigates the national education evaluation and school evaluation, how to combine digital technology, cultivate students' ability to face the future.In the first year, using literature and document analysis and case study method, to analyze the current status of e-assessment system and its application. In the second year, adopting the expert advice interview and the school teachers' focus discussion, to shape the future digital evaluation function and role. This study found: (1) the technology of digital assessment to create a new vision for assessment; (2) the assessment digitized creating effective learning: (3) the assessment combined with digital technology creates the future. The suggestions are as follows: (1)the national assessment and school evaluation digitized benifit for monitoring the efficiency of education and improving quality of eduction; (2) the assessment digitized to implement the education fair; (3) building the e-learning evaluation environment as soon as possible.
