第四學習階段背景問卷評量架構效化與工具研發 Developing and verifying the contextual questionnaires of junior high school students

為瞭解新、舊課綱學生的表現情形，並找出影響學生學力成長變化的因素，本計畫將以學生的家庭和求學環境為基礎，設計出能呼應新興議題和回應課程改革的長期追蹤問卷。本計畫將編製學生（共同問卷和學科問卷）、家長、教師（共同問卷和學科問卷）、學校等四種問卷，每份問卷均會有2次審查會議，並在9~10月預試，進而調整題目。正式調查的追蹤對象第一群為2018年9月入學的七年級學生（舊課綱最後一屆），第二群為2019年9月入學的七年級學生（新課綱第一屆），抽到該批學生後，分別連續追蹤這兩批學生在國中三年的表現，抽樣方式為兩階段分層群集抽樣（two stage stratified cluster sampling），根據國中教育會考學校成績分層後，先抽出學校再抽出班級，抽到的班級整班填寫學生和家長問卷，該班導師和學科教師填寫教師問卷，該校校長填寫學校問卷。最後，逐年回收回來的問卷，將進行信、效度分析，並以部分給分模式（partial credit model），估計與等化（equate）各構念的量尺分數，並瞭解學生在重要構念上逐年的變化情形，提供給教育政策制定之參考。
This project will develop longitudinal survey questionnaires for the purpose of understanding (comparing) the effects of the new and the old versions of curriculum guidelines for the junior high school on students’ performances and identifying the factors that affect the growth of students’ learning ability. Based on the students’ families and school environments, the surveys will correspond to emerging issues and, at the same time, respond to the curriculum reform. The project is going to design survey questionnaires for the students (for both subject matters and common survey), the parents, the teachers (for both subject matters and common survey), and the schools, respectively. Two review meetings will be held for each questionnaire. The pretest is schedule between September and October 2017. The formal investigation will be carried out in September 2018 (the last year using the old version of curriculum guidelines) and in September 2019 (the first year using the new version of curriculum guidelines) on the seventh graders. These two groups of students will be followed on their academic performances through junior high school. Two stage stratified cluster sampling will go as follows, the population is stratified based on the results of the Comprehensive Assessment Program for Junior High School Students. Schools and classes are then randomly selected. The questionnaires for the students, the parents, and the teachers (both homeroom and subject teachers) will be filled out with the selected classes; questionnaire for school is answered by the principles. The collected questionnaires will be analyzed with the reliability and validity tests first. Partial credit model will be used to estimate and equate the scale scores for each constructs, as well as the trajectories of students’ performances throughout the junior high school in the important constructs. Experts and educators can use the results as reference when making policies.
