  •   符應世界潮流,國教院近年來已陸續啟動許多新校長培訓模式,而本子計畫則負責模組中的校長願景領導與學習品保培訓。本計畫擬採用設計本位研究方式來發展此模組,預計使用兩年半的時間,完成以下幾個研究目的 (1)選擇適合的校長願景領導與學習品保培訓的理論,提供國教院未來課程設計與發展的方向 (2)透過訪談與問卷調查,了解候用校長對於領導與學習品保機制的需求 (3)設計關於校長願景領導與學習品保培訓課程發展模組內涵及其評估機制 (4)實際執行課程模組並評估其成效 (5)檢討並改進所發展之課程模組,提供下一波相關課程模組建構之參考。

  •   In response to the world trend, the National Academy for Educational Research has launched many new principal training models in recent years. This sub-project is responsible for the principal's vision leadership and learning quality training module. The project plans to use the design-based research method to develop this module. It is expected to use the two-and-a-half-year period to complete the following research objectives. (1) Select the appropriate principal's vision and learn the theory of quality assurance training, and provide for future course design and development direction (2) Through interviews and questionnaire surveys, understand the needs of the headmasters for leadership and learning quality assurance mechanisms (3) Design on the principals' vision and learning quality assurance training curriculum development module connotation and evaluation. (4) Actually implement the curriculum module and evaluate its effectiveness. (5) Review and improve the developed curriculum modules to provide reference for the next wave of relevant curriculum module construction.
