  •   本研究主要觀察國人閱讀的媒介和習慣是否產生改變,並透過問卷調查方式,將實際情形及主要閱讀媒介管道提供主計畫作為辭典收詞時之語料採集及語料庫建置之參考與依據。本研究計畫以問卷方式進行,採分層抽樣調查,以國中、高中職生共1000名以及成年人(20歲以上) 1000名,共兩組,計2000人為主要抽取對象。同時亦考量臺灣地區人口分佈狀況,問卷發放比例亦依人口比例配置為原則。其研究目的有三: (一)區分不同主題領域類別,分析不同年齡層的受試者取訊息時的主要媒介管道。(二)區分不同閱讀的主題類別,分析國人擷取訊息時的主要管道。(三)分析國人最常使用電子設備閱讀之社群網站。依據本研究計畫結果,擬從下列幾個面向提供未來辭典收詞時之語料採集、語料庫建置的參考:(一)不同年齡層所使用的閱讀媒介是否有所不同。(二)國人是否依閱讀領域的不同,選擇不同的閱讀媒介,(三)國人最常使用電子設備閱讀之社群網站。最後,提出對國人閱讀行為之省思與建議。同時本研究亦將依據國人閱讀行為的改變,從下列幾面向提供閱讀計畫教育政策方向參考:(一)成閱讀工作小組立閱讀工作研究小組並且依現有的材料建立閱讀資料庫,以此資料庫為本,加以篩選並編選出貼切真實語言閱讀教材,提升閱讀樂趣。(二)增加多元閱讀媒介與材料(電子書、網路社群、互動多媒體…等)課程設計,偏鄉資源互連網,鼓勵學生表達想法發揮創意。(三)設計中長程閱讀教育政策,達成分段能力指標,強化閱讀理解能力。政府應持續推動閱讀宣導,並完善閱讀課程規劃地圖;各縣市政府應落實教師閱讀研習、技能分享,成立相關網路資源,扶植弱勢學生;學校活化課程教學,改變閱讀評量方法,重視基礎教學。最後可延長研究主題,並對此政策作全面性的評鑑,以了解其成效。

  •   With the rapid advancement of technology, globalization is the primary key which has led modern society into a whole new milestone. Digital contents on Internet had replaced most traditional platforms of receiving knowledge and altering reading habits in Taiwan. This project reports an investigation on the reading behavior in Taiwan. Data collected for this purpose will be taken from a questionnaire conducted to investigate the reading behavior and reading channels. Two thousands of subjects (include 1000 students from junior high and senior high school, and 1000 adults) were recruited as participants in filling in the questionnaire. It is hoped that the results of this project can clarify (1) the main reading media used by subjects of different age level, (2) whether subjects use different reading media in various reading fields, and (3) the most frequently used reading websites. With the change of reading habits and the popularity of various e-reading, the recommendations for policy are as follows: (1) Develop a reading material system based on an authorized database selected by a professional reading team, whose members are experienced educators. It aims to develop enthusiastic and confident readers and stimulate the interests of reading. (2) Build up an interconnection network, add more multi-functional reading materials and media, such as E-Books, interactive social media, multimedia reading rooms and so on. Encourage creative curriculum demonstrate in classroom. (3)Governments should reinforce the original reading policy and keep promoting the importance of reading from students to the public. Organize a complete “reading route” as a norm to not only help select reading materials, but also evaluate different stages of reading performance. The last but not the least, extend the study on reading behavior, which allows researchers to track down the footsteps of reading behavior at the same time receive a comprehensive picture of the policy.
