In terms of research, we have established Mandarin, Chinese, English and Taiwanese corpora, and we analyze commonly used characters, words and sentence patterns to develop various integrated application systems.
In terms of content development, we are engaged in the editing and revision of the Ministry of Education’s Mandarin Chinese Dictionary, the translation of academic terms, the survey of commonly used words and phonetics, and collection of neologisms, as well as the development of learners’ dictionaries for primary schools and junior high schools.
