National Academy for Educational Research

Textbooks are crucial educational resources for both teachers and students. The textbook review and approval process ensures the quality of the content of textbooks which include those for the nationally prescribed curriculum of elementary and junior high schools, as well as mandatory subjects in senior high schools. The current textbooks emphasize interdisciplinary integration, inquiry and practice application, and aesthetic design, guiding students towards competency-based education.
