國民中小學教師專業成長數位課程設計之研究--以社會學習領域為例(II/II)

本研究屬於產出型計畫,目的在配合國民中小學社會學習領域教學需求,設計教師專業成長數位課程,提供以網路為基礎的輔助研習課程與進修環境。透過學科專家與資深教師的研討,設計內容以兼具教學理論與教學實務為原則,涵括社會學習領域中重要的教材教法與教學策略探討,蒐錄教師課堂教學實際案例影片,以主題單元為課程主軸,搭配教師之教學活動設計、學習資源、學生習作、成果發表、教師教學說明等輔助資料,整合數位課程之隨選互動設計,提供使用者線上即時瀏覽與研討。
本計畫透過研究人員、學科專家及國民小學教師共同組成研究群,以系統化教學設計作為建構國民中小學教師專業成長方案的模式,過程分為「分析、設計、發展、執行」等階段,包括了二個主要工作項目:(一)發展主題式教學活動設計;(二)發展數位學習課程內容。
本計畫第一年已完成:(一)設計「自導式戶外學習」、「導覽式戶外教學」、「專題研究教學」與「辯論式教學」等數位課程內容與內涵。(二)提供機會予參與本計畫之國中小教師,透過參與研發歷程,增長領域教學專業知能。計畫第二年已製作完成前揭數位課程,並上載數位學習平臺,提供國民中小學社會學習領域教師進修研究參考。

In recent years, both elementary and junior high school teachers of Taiwan in Social Science filed have been changing their teaching skills from content-oriented to focus on cultivating and improving students’ abilities. The syllabus which related with various topics and issues seems quite different with the past, therefore, how to enhance students’ learning to be updated and progressing is the main concern for teachers to improvise and adjust their teaching modes and scoring approach.
The project was proposed by Center for Educational Resources & Publishing of National Academy for Educational Research. The purpose of research is to implement the National Education Policy and combine research program with actual applications. As a long-term project, it’s aimed for designing usefully instructional media with e-Learning that will posit and display important topics and teaching strategies in Social Science, which enables teachers to refer to as professional development learning either at home or school, then it might help students in classes as well in further way.
The project will go through by content analysis and symposium, etc. to find out and conclude the designing direction for media, and invite senior teachers to plan applicable activities and teaching demonstration. So far, the products are worked out e-Learning Courses for Social Science teachers’ professional development, 4 units, including a) Self-directed outdoor learning, b) Outdoor guide-based teaching, c) Case study, d) Debate course.
The research group will continue this project and implement its products in the pre-service and in-service for Social Science teachers’ professional training and teaching applications. This paper will introduce how the project has been organized, running and its tentative results.
