「學生學習壓力」與「適性入學」關係之探究

本研究以學生學習壓力為主題進行探討,探究學生學習影響之因素。學生學習壓力 構面組成包含主要在課業壓力應對、課外活動頻率、補習、睡眠時間、學習期許等。其 他影響因素含學校教學環境、教師教學、家庭因素與學生個人因素等。本研究以問卷調 查進行,調查對象為104 學年度高中職一、二年級學生,有效樣本共計3,741 份。研究 結果顯示:高中學生學習壓力明顯高於高職學生,公立學校亦高於私立學校;不過入學 方式對於學習壓力不具影響。不過明星高中對於學習壓力應對,較優於社區高中、明星 高職與社區高職。然,父母學歷在大專以上,擔任行政人員或一般企業主管,其子女學 習壓力應對較其他條件者低。另外,學習壓力是造成學生學習信心落差的主因,如何建 立學生學習信心,透過友善的校園學習風氣與適性的教師教學節奏,是降低升學壓力、 舒緩學習壓力的重要策略。
This study was to explore the theme of learning pressure influencing factors. Students discuss pressure contains academic stress, extracurricular activities, tutoring, sleep, self-expectations. Additional discussion of factors comprising the teaching environment, teaching, family factors. In this study, questionnaire surveys, the 2015 survey was the tenth grade and eleventh grade students, a total of 3,741 valid samples parts. The results showed that: high school students learning pressures significantly higher than college students, public school is higher than the private schools. Star high school for learning pressure is less than Community High School, and Community Higher Vocational star. Learning pressure is caused by differences in students 'confidence, how to build students' confidence in learning, school ethos and good use of teaching rhythm adjustment could be reached.
