  •   在過去,與校規較具直接相關之課程領域,主要為訓導活動中的潛在課程;而基於應將校規定位為學校正式課程之理念,本文認為有關校規修訂、執行與救濟等過程,不但必須符合正當程序,且應併同其內容共同成為學校活動課程之重要素材。據此,本文除詳細陳述校規所應具備的相關正當程序外,並對照「國民中小學九年一貫課程綱要」與「普通高級中學課程綱要」中有關綜合活動課程之基本理念、課程目標暨所欲培養的學生能力,說明校規活動課程之內容妥適性與實際可行性。最後,根據以上分析結果,本文乃提出下列四項有關實施「校規活動課程」的綜合性建議:(一)校規之課程價值應重於管教目的;(二)秉持開放而統整的校規課程目標;(三)強調學校全員參與校規課程過程;(四)發展具有學校特色的課程化校規。

  •   In the past, the direct relation with school regulations is the potential curriculum of guidance activities, and based on the concept of school regulations should be oriented to the formal school curriculum, this article emphasizes the revision , the implementation , and the process of school regulation not only cope with the due process but also take the content of school regulations as the important school activities curriculum materials. Based on this concept, apart from the emphasis on the due process of the school regulations, this article tries to state the suitability and the possibility of the content of the activities of the school regulations with reference to fundamental concept, the objective, and the students ability exploitation in Integrative Activities Curriculum of the Grade1-9 Curriculum Guidelines and Guidelines of High School Curriculum. Finally, based on the analysis above, this article intends to provide four suggestions of the possible implementation of the curriculum of the school regulations: 1) more emphasis on the value of the curriculum of school regulations rather than on the objective of guidance; 2) insist on the objective of open and integrative school regulations; 3) the importance of the participation in the process of making school regulations of the whole faculty of the school; 4) exploitation the school regulation curriculum with the characteristics of individual school.
