本研究旨在發展高級中等學校校長正向領導模式之內涵與要素,並建構適合國內情境的高級中等學校校長正向領導模式。為達成上述目的,本研究採用三回合德懷術問卷調查,蒐集20位專家學者與實務工作者之意見,獲得如下結論:1.高級中等學校校長正向領導(principals’ positive leadership, PPL)模式之構成要素包含背景分析(context analysis)、行動過程(action process)、領導成效(result of leadership)、成效評估(evaluation of result)等四個向度,將其命名為「PPL-CARE」模式;2.高級中等學校校長正向領導模式中各要素所包含內容具有適切性;3.本研究建構之高級中等學校校長正向領導模式具有系統性和創新性。

The main purposes of this research are to develop the contents and elements of the model of principals’ positive leadership in senior and vocational high schools, and to construct the appropriate model of principals’ positive leadership in senior and vocational high schools. To achieve the purposes, the Delphi technique will be employed to collect the opinions of 20 experts and practitioners. The conclusions of this research are as follows: 1.The contents of the model of principals’ positive leadership in senior and vocational high schools should include four dimensions: context analysis, action process, result of leadership, evaluation of result, and is named “PPL-CARE ”. 2. The items in each dimension of the model of principals’ positive leadership in senior and vocational high schools are all highly appropriate. 3. The model of principals’ positive leadership in senior and vocational high schools constructed in this research is systematic and innovative.
