In recent years, the teacher education mode of the major countries in Europe, the United States, Japan and China are gradually developing to the Master and the specialization of teaching. Relative to these countries, the teacher education modelof Taiwan, especially the aspects of universities of Education/ normal university, is responding too dully to make immediate reformations to respond the changes of times when faced the attack against the trend of fewer children. Thus, this research wants tostudy the teacher education model of the major countries in Europe, the United States, Japan and China and does a comparative analysis to Taiwan, then returning to the current situations of reformations in our country, providing a reference of transformations and innovations to the teacher education model of the universities of Education in Taiwan.
