  •   近年來,歐美日主要國家與中國大陸之師資培育模式逐漸轉向「碩士化」與「教學專業化」發展。相對於這些國家,台灣的師培模式,尤其在師範/ 教育大學方面,面對少子女化的衝擊,卻也顯得回應遲鈍,顯然無法做快速的改革,以回應時代的變遷。因此本研究希望藉由研究歐美日與中國大陸師資培育大學之師培模式,並與臺灣師資培育模式做比較分析,再行回歸我國之改革現況,以提供我國師培教育大學培育模式之轉型與改革參考。
  •   In recent years, the teacher education mode of the major countries in Europe, the United States, Japan and China are gradually developing to the Master and the specialization of teaching. Relative to these countries, the teacher education modelof Taiwan, especially the aspects of universities of Education/ normal university, is responding too dully to make immediate reformations to respond the changes of times when faced the attack against the trend of fewer children. Thus, this research wants tostudy the teacher education model of the major countries in Europe, the United States, Japan and China and does a comparative analysis to Taiwan, then returning to the current situations of reformations in our country, providing a reference of transformations and innovations to the teacher education model of the universities of Education in Taiwan.
