學生適性學習實施現況以及適性入學相關影響因素之探討-以學校類型、年段作為調節因素

本研究主軸在於十二年國教發展後,學生適性教育實施現況以及適性入學相關影響因素之探討。研究發現學校均優質化程度愈高的學生,也會有愈高的適性入學認同。第二,高中教師活化教學對於學生適性入學認知有正向引導,但效果量有限;第三,本研究認為高中職均優質化、教師活化教學對於學生適性入學認知具有正向影響,且結構方程模型獲得驗證。進一步檢視效果量結果,本研究認為影響學生適性入學認知關鍵因素在於學校均優質化指標的發展。
此外,本研究將學校類型、北北基就學區一、二年級與全國一、二年級做為調節變項。依據不同的調節變項列出MGA的結果,從結果發現不同的學校類型,對於本研究探討之結構方程模型有不同的顯著路徑。故教師活化教學之中介效果僅存在於「社區高中」及「社區高職」等兩組。若再進一步檢視效果值,本研究發現,研究模型架構在社區高職的效果較佳,優於社區高中。
最後,以MGA的分析結果顯示,臺北市、新北市、基隆市學生的適性入學結構變化,發現年級差異不會影響結構變化。但若在以全國進行比較,僅「高二」學生符合中介效應檢驗程序。故教師活化教學之中介效果僅存在於「高二」學生組。
本研究依據研究結果,提供以下政策建議:1.檢視各校均優質化指標達成度後,依據檢視結果進行補助;2.均優質化方案應優先補助社區型高中職,較能協助學生達成適性入學之效;3.教師活化教學對於學生適性學習的影響,尚需要時間進行深入研究。
The study of proper education students to explore the status and related factors of adaptive admission implemented. The study found high school degree are higher for students, there will be higher the suitability enrollment identity. Second, high school teachers for teaching students proper activation of cognitive school has positive guidance, but with limited effect size; and third, this study suggests that high school grades are high quality, suitable for the students teaching teachers activation of cognitive school has a positive impact, and structural equation model validated. Further examine the effect of the amount of the results, this study suggests that a key factor affecting student enrollment adaptive cognitive development that schools are high quality indicators.

Therefore, the effect of teaching strategies of mediation exist only in community school and Community Higher and other groups. Ruozai further examine the effect of value, this study found that the effect of community research model architecture in vocational better, than Community High School.
Finally, MGA's analysis showed that changes in the structure adaptive enrollment Taipei, New Taipei City, Keelung students discover grade differences do not affect structural change. However, if the country in order to compare only the High School students meet the mediating effect of inspection procedures. Therefore, the effect of teaching strategies of mediation exist only in High School Student groups.
