  •   本研究旨在建構適切的高中職校長正向領導模式;發展適切的高中職校長正向領導指標系統之構面、項目及細項指標;確立高中職校長正向領導指標系統的相對權重;探析高中職校長正向領導的實際運作現況;以及分析國內近年來校長正向領導相關研究之內涵。為達成本研究目的,採用德懷術、階層程序分析法及問卷調查法來蒐集資料;獲致的結論包括:1.高中職校長正向領導(principals’ positive leadership, PPL)模式之構成要素包含背景分析(context analysis)、行動過程(action process)、領導成效(result of leadership)、成效評估(evaluation of result)等四個向度,將其命名為「PPL-CARE」模式;2.高中職校長正向領導模式各要素所包含內容具有適切性;3.本研究建構之高中職校長正向領導模式具有系統性和創新性;4.高中職校長正向領導指標系統包含4個構面、12個項目、49個細項指標;5.高中職校長正向領導指標系統以「引導正面思緒」構面、「正向思考」項目的權重值最高;6.高中職校長正向領導指標系統具有良好的信度與效度、整體適配度;7.高中職校長正向領導指標系統以「創造意義價值」構面之實際表現最佳;8.相關研究之主題多數在探討校長正向領導與其他變項的關係。
  •   The main purposes of this research are to construct the appropriate model of principals’positive leadership for senior and vocational high schools, to develop the appropriate dimensions, items, and indicators of principals’ positive leadership for senior and vocational high schools, and to construct the weighted system of indicators for senior and vocational high schools. Furthermore, it explores its practical current situation for senior and vocational high schools, and analyzes the content of the recent research on principals’ positive leadership in Taiwan. To achieve the purposes, the Delphi technique, the analytic hierarchy process, and questionnaire survey will be employed to collect the opinions. The conclusions of this research are as follows: 1.The contents of the model of principals’ positive leadership in senior and vocational high schools should include four dimensions: context analysis, action process, result of leadership, evaluation of result, and is named “PPL-CARE ”. 2. The items in each dimension of the model of principals’ positive leadership in senior and vocational high schools are all highly appropriate. 3. The model of principals’ positive leadership in senior and vocational high schools constructed in this research is systematic and innovative. 4. The indicators system of principals’ positive leadership in senior and vocational high schools is basically comprised of four dimensions, twelve items, and forty nine indicators. 5. The dimension of “the guide of positive thinking and emotion“ and the item of “positive thinking“ of principals’ positive leadership in senior and vocational high schools have high-weight. 6. The indicators system of principals’ positive leadership in senior and vocational high schools demonstrates a good fit, and has good reliability and validity. 7.There is high-performance in the dimension of “the creation of positive meaning and value“ of principals’ positive leadership in senior and vocational high schools. 8. The majority of researches aim to inquire about the relationships between principals’ positive leadership and different variables.
