　　本子計畫為5年計畫，擬配合總計畫「十二年國民基本教育實施成效評估-臺灣學生成就長期追蹤評量計畫（第一期）」預試與正式調查的期程，利用模擬與實證的數據，提出長期追蹤調查量尺分數估計以及量尺等化的理論與技術。相關研究成果，不僅可以支持總計畫得以順利執行和長期資料庫的建立，方便研究者進行二次分析，在大型調查技術的學術研究方面，也必有極大的貢獻。

　　The project integrates with the “Effectiveness of 12-year National Education Program: A Longitudinal Study of Taiwan Assessment of Student Achievement (TASA-L)”, and aims to propose the methods and techniques to implement scaling and scale equating for longitudinal survey studies. The project will help the successful implementation of TASA-L and the establishment of its database. The methods or techniques are also essential for similar large-scale surveys.
