國家教育研究院

　　十二年國民基本教育課程將於108學年逐年實施，其理念強調兼顧個別學生特殊需求、尊重多元文化與族群差異、關懷弱勢群體，然而，在未來政策推動前，臺灣學生表現落差現況、及其影響因子，為本計畫關注焦點。
本計畫目的在透過量化統合技術，以統合臺灣曾參與之各大型評量資料結果，以縱貫性觀點了解臺灣學生各類表現落差現況並探討其中可以影響或解釋之因子，其中，研究步驟包含研究主題設定、資料蒐集與建檔、與調節變項分析等，以逐年回應研究待答問題。本計畫成果除期望直接提供國家政策回饋外，連同整合型計畫成果，能適時累積課程轉換與影響之實徵研究證據，以為下一波課程改革參考作出貢獻。

　　Implementation of innovative National curriculum guideline is expected to initiate in 2019 in Taiwan, and one of its core visions emphasizes on care for disadvantage student groups and their individual special needs, and respect diversity. While research and supplementary packages were gradually undertaken with the upcoming policy revolution, rare research discusses the current performance gap between different Taiwan disadvantage student groups and its potential contributing factors with a comprehensive synthetic data. Grounded on above research background, the aim of this project is to synthesize large-scale assessment data Taiwan has participated to investigate aforementioned issues from a longitudinal perspective with quantitative synthetic method. The project is conducted in three years through a series steps of systematic reviews, inclusive of topic formulation, data collection and information coding, and moderator analysis. In sum, findings of this study as well as implications for policy makers, practitioner, and researchers will also be provided.
