適逢十二年國民基本教育課程綱要將於108學年度實施,為了解其實施成效,蒐集實證證據回饋下一次的課綱研修,本研究規劃五年期的縱貫性準實驗研究,追蹤新、舊課綱兩組固定樣本就讀七、八、九年級於新課綱閱讀素養表現與成長量,以及相關之學校、教師、家庭、個體因素對於閱讀素養表現變化的影響。研究母群體為2019年9月和2020年9月入學的七年級學生,樣本選取與能力值估計由總計畫統籌處理。工具為研究團隊依據課綱與學理統整後開發之閱讀素養試題,預定建構70題組490題。計畫完成後,預期能建立新、舊課綱兩組國中學生中文閱讀素養的學習徑路與成長圖譜。
12-Year Compulsory Education will be implemented in Taiwan in 2019. In order to prepare the next generation of curriculum development, evaluating the effectiveness of the new curriculum guidelines is required. A 5-yesr quasi-experimental longitudinal design is proposed. One representative sample of Grade 1-9 Curriculum Guidelines and the other representative sample of Grade 1-12 Curriculum Guidelines would be selected for the 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022 survey. Large-scale assessment will be administered when the two groups of students are grade 7, 8, and 9. The research instruments include a Mandarin Reading Literacy Test developed by this study and questionnaires constructed by another project. A total of 70 testlets with 490 items would be developed. At the end of this study, the learning performance and style of the two groups of junior high school students will be observed and discussed.
