國家教育研究院

　　基於中等教育係以發展青年身心、陶冶公民道德、涵育民族文化、培養科學精神、實施職業陶冶、充實生活知能、鍛鍊強健體格、發展團結精神、啟發藝術興趣等為學習內容，及其適應個體性向、能力及開創生涯發展方向的教育本旨，而具有奠定學習專門知能基礎、就業預備以及完成教育之意義；故就後期中等教育階段的學制定位而言，本應具備適性教育之人才培育理念。據此，本子計畫將配合總計畫之執行，深入探究我國後期中等教育階段的學制定位及其法制發展，並期能在二年研究期程中，分年達成下列主要研究目的：探究後期中等教育之應有功能及其各種學校類型之應有定位（第一年）；探究我國後期中等教育階段相關法制之發展歷程與未來展望，並對相關制度提出有利學生適性發展之法制建議（第二年）。
