本研究旨在了解中等教育階段學生生涯輔導的實施現況;探究中等教育階段學生生涯輔導的實施問題與改進途徑。為達成上述目的,本研究採用問卷調查法;獲得的研究結論有:1.中等教育階段學生生涯輔導實施現況之表現為中上程度,且以「學校重視學生生涯輔導工作」得分最高,而「教師對學生的生涯輔導理念清晰」得分最低,尚有努力空間;2.中等教育階段學生生涯輔導的實施主要有教師教學工作負荷重、教師同儕間互動不足、學校生涯輔導教師人力不足、學校生涯輔導之相關經費與資源不足等問題,亟待檢討改善;3.中等教育階段學生生涯輔導問題之改進途徑主要有減輕教師教學工作負荷、鼓勵家長多參與學生生涯輔導活動、規劃更為多元的學生生涯輔導實施方式及增加輔導教師之人力編制等方向,較獲教師期待。

The main purposes of this research are to understand the effectiveness of career guidance of secondary education, to explore the problems and the solving strategies of career guidance of secondary education. To achieve the purposes, this research adopted questionnaire survey. The conclusions of this research are as follows: 1. The degree of performance of the implementation of career guidance of secondary education is at medium high level, especially in the dimension of “schools emphasis on career guidance”. But the score is the lowest in the dimensions of “teachers have clear idea about student career guidance”. 2. The main problems are “the heavy workload of teachers”, “the lack of peer interaction among teachers”, “the deficiency of career guidance teachers”, “the lack of related funds and resources of career guidance” after the implementation of career guidance of secondary education. 3. The main solving strategies are “reducing the workload of teachers teaching”, “parents are encouraged to participate in activities of student career guidance”, “planning the more diverse activities of career guidance”, “increasing the organization structure of career guidance teachers” after the implementation of career guidance of secondary education.
