　　十二年國民基本教育課程將於107學年度開始逐年實施，其強調「自發、互動、共好」的理念，重視學生的核心素養。然而，在教育政策的推動下，國家課程轉換對於學生表現的影響，為本計畫關注的焦點。
　　本計畫目的，在發展及建立接受107課程的七年級學生之英語文核心素養在聽力及閱讀兩大能力上的評量標準及標準化評量工具，作為未來探討國家課程轉換過程中學生核心素養影響與變化的依據，預計以一年的期程完成本計畫目的。
本計畫推動方式為：分析及比較九年一貫與107課程英語文的科目內涵，轉化為評量架構，再以標準化流程建立適合大規模施測的評量及調查工具，配合小規模預試加以修正，做為107課程下適合評量七年級學生英語文聽力、閱讀及態度的工具範例。

　　Next wave of national curriculum innovation will begin in 2018 in Taiwan, and its core vision emphasizes on three aspects: taking the initiative, engaging the public, and seeking the common good. Although several supplementary and support packages are initiated with the upcoming 2018 national curriculum, more and more attentions are focused on its effectiveness and influence.
　　This project is a precedent study of assessing the influence on the change of national curriculum in 2018, and thus the mission is to focus on setting appropriate English literacy achievement levels and developing standardized assessment tools for 7th grade students. The project is proposed to last one year to achieve its goals. After building up the assessment framework of English literacy grounded in 2018 curriculum, relevant assessment tools are expected to be developed through the standard procedures. Finally, the results and suggestions from this project will be provided for future usage.
