國家教育研究院

　　隨著十二年國民基本教育課程綱要之研修，國家教育研究院同步啟動課程綱要實施教材教學研發，以及學校層級課程轉化之研究，透過課程與教學研發與試行，輔助十二年國民基本教育課程綱要之實施。本研究目的：
1.研發素養導向領域教材與教學模組之參考資源。。
2.研發課程綱要在學校層級轉化所需之相關參考資源。
3.提出教材教學研發與課程轉化相關參考資源之應用策略。
4.分析影響課程綱要實施之重要議題，提供「教育部中小學師資、課程、教學與評量協作中心」參考。
　　本研究為「應用型」研究，旨在研發十二年國民基本教育課程綱要實施之重要參考資源，包括素養導向領域教材與教學模組、以及學校層級課程綱要轉化兩大範疇；具體研發資源包括手冊、示例、評估工具與研究論述。研究設計與方法採取動態性行動科學之方法論及參與式合作行動研究為主，主要蒐集研究資料之方法包括文獻與文件分析、訪談、教學觀察、焦點團體與專家諮議等。
　　預計研究成果包括：(1)提出十二年國民基本教育課程綱要實施教材教學的資源，包括手冊、示例、評估工具與研究論述作為領域教材編審選用、課堂教學、學習評量之參考。(2) 提出十二年國民基本教育學校層級課程轉化的資源，包括手冊、示例、評估工具與研究論述提供學校相關人員實施課程之參考。(3)提出課程綱要實施教材教學與課程轉化相關資源應用策略，提升溝通與傳播之效應，並能夠持續精進資源並推展應用。 (4)分析並提出十二年國民基本教育課程綱要實施之重要議題，提供教育部協作中心規劃完善配套之參考。

　　With the development of the National Curriculum Guidelines for Twelve-Year Basic Education (draft), National Academy for Educational Research simultaneously begins the current research project, “Study on R & D of Material/Teaching and Curriculum Transformation for the Implementation of the 1-12 National Curriculum Guidelines for Basic Education.”The goals for the current study are as followed:
1.Research and develop teaching models and materials for all areas
2.Research and develop referential resources for the implementation of the curriculum
3.Provide curriculum implementation strategies of R & D of Material/Teaching
4.Analyze issues concerning curriculum implementation and so to provide suggestions to the Center for Collaboration of Teacher Education Program, Curriculum, Teaching, and Evaluation of Elementary and High Schools
　　As a research project for application purpose, it mainly researches and develops the crucial referential resources regarding 1) teaching models and materials that are attainments oriented and 2) curriculum transformation in schools. Data collection methods include observations, interviews, documents, focus group meetings, and counsels with professionals. In sum, the current project adopts researching and developing approaches to produce guiding manuals, exemplar cases, tools of evaluation, and research reports.?
