　　建置後期中等教育階段的適性教育體制將是我國培育未來優質人才的重要環節；本研究將立基於在地情境脈絡，從政策延續的觀點，檢視有關後期中等教育問題是否已經獲得改善？因應策略是否落實？是否有新增欲解決的問題等；並進一步從適性學制定位的「背景」、「輸入」、「過程」及「輸出」之人才培育觀點，進行整合性的探究，以提出建置我國後期中等教育階段適性教育體制的前瞻性建議及相關措施。據此，本計畫之研究目的如下：一、基於適性教育的人才培育理念，探究我國後期中等教育階段的學制定位與法制基礎規劃。二、基於適性教育的人才培育理念，探討我國後期中等教育階段的多元入學方式。三、基於適性教育的人才培育理念，檢視我國後期中等教育階段的輔導及轉銜機制。四、基於適性教育的人才培育理念，進行我國後期中等教育階段的核心課程設計及檢視。五、基於適性教育的人才培育理念，分析我國後期中等教育階段的多元進路。
