  •   本研究旨在探究技職教育先進國家高職發展趨勢及課程規劃情形,首先針對臺灣技職教育脈絡進行環境掃描,了解國內技職教育環境變化與人才供需情形;其次,探討美國、英國、日本、芬蘭、德國、澳洲與韓國等七國後期中等教育階段高職教育之沿革、現況、議題及變革趨勢;再就各國高職課程規劃之現況與議題進行分析;最後,綜合上述研究發現,研提未來臺灣高職發展與課程規劃之建議。採用文獻分析、焦點團體座談等方法進行。本研究歸納技職教育先進國家高職教育及課程發展特色有六:(一)致力於提升職業教育品質與地位;(二)積極推動產學攜手合作;(三)努力改革與創新證照制度;(四)課程架構以培養工作所需能力為導向;(五)企業與學校密切合作以提供高中生需要的職業課程;(六)注重升學途徑銜接。

  •   This study aimed to explore the development of the vocational education in upper-secondary level and the curriculum design in advanced countries. The main purposes were as follows: 1. conduct an environmental scanning to understand the change of surroundings of vocational education in Taiwan and the supply and demand of workforce; 2. explore the evolution, current situation and major issues of vocational education in upper-secondary level in America, British, Japan, Finland, Germany, Austrain and Korean; 3. analyze the curriculum design of the above countries; 4. propose recommendations for improving the vocational high schools in Taiwan. Document analysis and focus group interview were conducted. Several characteristics of vocation education in upper-secondary level in advanced contruies were identified. They were: engaging in the promotion of the quality and social status of vocational eduction, enhancing the cooperation between industry and academic sides, making efforts on reforming certification system, constructing a curriculum to cultivate skills needed in real workplace; schools and industries working together to provide vocational courses; and strengthening the access to further study. Several suggestions in accordance with the findings were raised to shed light on vocational education in Taiwan.
