配合教育部頒訂之「師資職前教育課程標準」,各師培課程也跟著調整,而課程與教學是一致的,所要達成的目標皆是培養具備教育與專業能力的師培生,而教檢考試則是評估修畢課程的師資生,是否已具備基本的教育專業能力,因此教檢評量架構的修訂有其迫切性,以評量師資生對師培教育課程學習的成效,此為教檢考試的目的。為因應十二年基本國民教育107課綱之素養導向,教師檢定考試,也應採素養導向的評量,以期新進教師能夠落實職前培育所習得的相關理念與技能,用以解決教學現場之問題。因此本計畫之研究目的為根據「師資職前教育課程標準」之素養評量指標與評量內容,進行中等學校類科素養導向試題之研發,並組題、施測、分析作為將來教檢考試命題之參考。
In line with the Ministry of Education to develop the pre-employment education curriculum standards, the teacher training curriculum should also follow to be adjusted because curriculum and instruction are consistent. The goal is to cultivate the education and professional ability of the pre-employment teacher. The teachers’ certification examination is to evaluate whether students have the basic education professional ability after they complete the entire teacher training course. Therefore, to build the framework of teachers’ certification examination has its urgency. The examination results can assess the effectiveness of students’ learning education courses. This is also the purpose of the teachers’ certification. In addition, in response to the competency guideline of 12-year Compulsory, the teachers' certification examination should be adopted, and the new teachers should be able to implement the relevant ideas and skills acquired by pre-service training to solve the field teaching problem. Therefore, the research purpose of this plan is to conduct the research and development of middle school subject-oriented literacy-oriented test questions based on the literacy evaluation indicators and evaluation content of the pre-employment education curriculum standards , and assemble items, administration test, and analyze as future teachers’ certification examination reference.
