教科書是學校教師教學與學生學習的主要媒介,影響深遠。教科書開放民編審定,主要是透過市場競爭,提升教科書品質。惟教科書開放後,問題叢生,理想與實務產生落差。本研究探析中小學教科書選用之現況及問題,進一步建立多元觀點之教科書選用指標架構,提出教科書選用制度之改革建議,以供政府未來教科書政策評估參考。
Textbooks are the main medium for school teachers' teaching and students' learning, and have far-reaching influence. Textbooks are open for editorial approval, mainly through market competition to improve the quality of textbooks. However, after the textbooks were opened, the problems were clustered, and the ideals and practices were in a gap. This study explores the current situation and problems of the selection of textbooks for primary and secondary schools, and further establishes a textbook selection framework for multiple perspectives, and proposes reform proposals for the selection of textbooks based on the status quo and concepts.
