自2017年12月《偏遠地區學校教育發展條例》公布施行後,我國政府即依據其相關規定將幼兒園教育階段以上,非辦理學校型態實驗教育之臺灣本島偏遠地區公立高級中等以下(含)學校,劃分為「偏遠」、「特殊偏遠」及「極度偏遠」等三級,以利政府能夠積極自組織、人事與經費等方向,協助偏遠地區學校完善其運作與經營。本研究計畫即試圖自教師配置觀點,探究基於提升學生學習成就等目的,不同級別偏遠地區學校應適用何等合理之教師配置方案內容。研究進程中亦擬參酌《學校型態實驗教育實施條例》及「教育行動區」等法令政策,透過「探求事實與問題分析」、「研擬具體方案」、「實施具體方案」、「觀察與記錄成效情形」,以及「進行討論修正」等研究設計進程,運用文件分析、次級資料分析、問卷調查等研究方法,檢討「特定學科實驗教育行動圈」之試辦可行性。
Since the promulgation and implementation of the Regulations on the Development of School Education in Remote Areas in December 2017, the Republic of China government will provide more than the secondary education institutions in the remote areas of Taiwan's main islands in accordance with the relevant regulations. It is divided into three levels: remote, specially remote and extremely remote. In order to facilitate the government's self-organization, personnel and funding, it will help schools in remote areas to improve their operations. This research project attempts to explore the content of the teacher's configuration plan for schools in different remote areas based on the purpose of teacher configuration. In the course of the study, it is also proposed to take into account the Regulations on the Implementation of the School Type Experimental Education and the Educational Action Area, through design the process of this study such as : Exploring facts and problem analysis, developing specific proposals, implementing specific solutions and observation and recording the results”. This study will also useing document analysis, secondary data analysis, questionnaires and other research methods, review the feasibility of the special subject experimental education action circle.
