The main purposes of this research are to construct the performance evaluation indicators, and to apply the indicators to explore school educational performance in high-quality senior high schools. To achieve the purposes, the Delphi technique and the questionnaire survey will be employed. First, we used Delphi 3 times, and overall averages ranged from agreement to very agreement. The indicators connotation was basically comprised of six dimensions, fifteen items, and forty eight indicators. Then, we selected 1050 teachers in senior high schools by using stratified random sampling, and retrieved 809 effective questionnaires to conduct an empirical study. The empirical data and indicators demonstrated a good fit, and had good reliability and validity. The degree of school educational performance in high-quality senior high schools was at medium high level, especially in the dimensions of overall effectiveness and resources using, and the items of funding and facility and satisfactory degree. The dimensions of student performance and research development, and the items of research outcome and learning achievement had low-performance. Finally, based on the conclusions, this research puts forth some suggestions with regard to educational performance in high-quality senior high schools.
