  •   目前我國各級各類教育中,經法規授權主管機關訂定課程準據者,除一般中小學教育外,尚有幼稚教育、補習進修教育、特殊教育及非教育部主管的軍、警教育;其中,配置教科書審定制度以貫徹國家課程內容者,則有國民教育階段及後期中等教育階段的高級中學與職業學校。此三類學校教育之課程準據,雖經教育部定位為不具外部效力的行政規則;惟依據課程準據編輯、審定而成的教科書,原則上卻屬中小學及其教師必須選用的教材。為釐清其中爭點,本研究除參酌不同教育類別之課程準據與教科書基本規範內容,同時針對中小學課程準據及其審定本教科書之性質進行分析,並據此提出結論與建議。

  •   The current curriculum standards of different levels and categories of education in Taiwan, apart from elementary and secondary schools, pre-education, tutorial education, special education and the military and police education that are not governed by the Ministry of Education are set up by the authorized administrations. Among those, compulsory education, senior high education, and vocational education are equipped with the system of review and approval to implement the contents of the curriculum standards. The textbooks of the above three categories of education passed through the process of review and approval of textbooks are generally the teaching materials selected by elementary and secondary teachers. This study intends to clarify some disputes in different levels of curriculum standards and the regulations of the contents of textbooks, and in the meantime to analyze the properties of the curriculum standards of elementary and secondary school and the approved textbooks so as to provide some conclusions and suggestions.
