本研究旨在了解我國高中職均優質化方案的實施情況,以及探究高中職均優質化方案與適性入學的關係。達成上述目的,本研究主要採用問卷調查法;獲得的研究結論包括:1.均優質化方案實施後,學校能提供各種不同優良表現之獎勵措施;2.均優質化方案實施後,發展學校特色課程、重視課程教學的創新、提供特色教學或創意課程的活動等面向的表現為中等程度;3.均優質化方案與適性入學之間具有顯著正相關,而均優質化方案會正向影響適性入學;而對教育政策之建議包括:1.為了持續透過獎勵機制促進學生的優良表現,應繼續推動高中職均優質化方案;2.高中職應主動申請及參與均優質化方案或第三期程特色領航計畫;3.重新檢討高中職均優質化方案的認證機制或相關指標,有效提高適性入學的成效。
The main purposes of this research are to understand the current situations of the homogenization and actualization program in senior and vocational high schools, and to explore the relationship between the homogenization and actualization program and adaptive entrance in senior and vocational high schools. To achieve the purposes, this research adopted a questionnaire survey. The conclusions of this research are as follows: 1. Schools can provide a variety of different incentives for good performance after promoting the homogenization and actualization program. 2. The degree of performance of the dimensions is at medium level after the implementation of the homogenization and actualization program, including developing featured curriculum, paying attention to the innovation of curriculum and teaching, and providing the activities of featured teaching or creative curriculum. 3. There are significant and positive relationship between the homogenization and actualization program and adaptive entrance, and the homogenization and actualization program has positive effect on adaptive entrance. Suggestions for educational policy: 1.To promote students' excellent performance through rewards system continuously, we should continue to push the homogenization and actualization program forward in senior and vocational high schools. 2 Senior and vocational high schools should apply actively and participate the homogenization and actualization program or characteristic pilot plan of the third phase of actualization program. 3. To improve the effectiveness of adaptive entrance, please review again the accreditation system or relevant indicators of the homogenization and actualization program in senior and vocational high schools.
