國家教育研究院

　　國家教育研究院從2009年開始成立「理念學校之論述建構與實踐」專案，希望藉此專案能扮演體制內外、主流與另類教育之間的對話及協作平臺，發揮整合功能，並匯聚所有關心教育的進步力量，共同建構理念學校之「教育協力網絡」，以?對話?、「支持」與「協作」的態度，透過「研究論述」、「社群經營」與「實踐建構」等策略，深化理念學校推動的理論與實踐，為臺灣教育創新與發展結合各方力量協伴同行、共同努力。

　　本專案第一階段(2009-2011年)推動主軸有三：(1)發展理念學校論述、(2)開展理念學校實踐行動、(3)建構理念學校對話平臺。在「發展理念學校論述」中，共計完成10篇專題研究，舉辦4場研討會，並出版《教育的藍天－理念學校的追尋》專書。在「開展理念學校實踐行動」中，共舉辦4場專題講座、9班次研習及師訓、並出版《理念特色故事100》及紀錄片「理念學校論述與實踐之一：特色學校與遊學教育影像故事－教育桃花源」。在「建構理念學校對話平臺」中，進行6次參訪見學，引入教育之外的公部門(例如日月潭風管處)及民間企業(例如飛牛、臺華窯…)等社會資源，從而豐富理念學校的內涵。

　　依據本階段之計畫目標與執行內容，達成以下的研究成果與影響：
1、完成10篇專題研究報告，提供教育行政與學術研究之參考，有助理念學校之研究深化與政策決定，協助深化與推廣十二年國教之理念與願景，促進十二年國教之正常發展。
2、於國家教育研究院電子報刊登2篇有關理念學校相關議題文章與活動報導，並持續維運理念學校專案網站，充實網站平臺與數位資源，擴大理念學校對話、社群與分享成果。
3、舉辦9場理念學校研習，建立體制內外學校、公私部門對話及協作方案的實踐模式並累積智慧。
4、完成2009-2011年理念學校專案的研究報告、研討會、論壇及各類出版品之數位化，使理念學校之研究成果更具實用性與參考性。
5、參訪6個理念學校(含另類學校、特色學校及創擬學校)，進行見學訪問
6、舉辦2場年度理念學校研討會、2場大型研討會暨觀摩展，分享研究成果，擴大理念學校發展與研究之能見度，藉此提升民眾對理念學校之關注。
7、出版研究成果專書1本，影像紀錄片1部及相關出版品，分享國內研究成果。

　　National Academy for Educational Research has established the examination of“study on the construction and practice of the idea school”since 2009 to 2011. National Academy for Educational Research expected the examination could not only contact the dialogue and play the platform for consultation, but also cooperation between mainstream education and alternative education.

　　The first phase of the examination promoted a study on the construction and practice of the idea school. It also contacted the dialogue and played the platform for idea schools. According to the goal and the content of the examination, the following results and influence is this research has achieved.
1.Completed 10 research reports, and provided references of the education administration and academic research.
2.Published 2 newsletters on the website of the National Academy for Educational Research, and maintained the website of the idea school.
3.Held nine workshops of the idea school, and contacted the dialogue between mainstream education and alternative education.
4.Completed digitization of research reports, the workshop’s information, and various publications. Make research achievements of the idea school be practical and reference.
5.Visited and participated in six the idea schools.
6.To expand the visibility of the development and research of the idea school, we held two workshops of the ideal school and two large-scale exhibitions.
7.Published a professional book and a documentary of the idea school‘s research achievements to share the domestic research.
