  •   本研究旨在調整及發展國家課程轉化國中小校務評鑑指標系統。為達成上述目的,本研究除了就相關研究與文獻加以探討及整理外,係採用訪談法;獲得的研究結論主要包括:1.國家課程轉化國中小校務評鑑指標系統應包含課程領導等12 個項目;2.國家課程轉化國中小校務評鑑指標系統之課程設計與實施面向應包含「學校有明確的課程發展 願景」等9 個指標及「課程發展願景能回應核心素養」等20 個指標重要內涵;3.國家課程轉化國中小校務評鑑指標系統之教師教學與發展面向應包含「教學活動的規劃及實施歷 程」等12 個指標及「教師具備教學活動規劃與設計的能力」等19 個指標重要內涵;4.國家課程轉化國中小校務評鑑指標系統之學生學習與展能面向應包含「學校規劃多元的學習活動」等9 個指標及「學生除既定課程外,能有多元學習活動」等24 個指標重要內涵。

      本研究對教育政策之建議包括:1.運用所發展與調整之國家課程轉化國中小校務評鑑指標系統,持續評估學校運作成效;2.國家課程轉化國中小校務評鑑指標系統應增加行政管理、學校環境營造等面向,並建構相關指標及其重要內涵;3.進入國中小學校場域,實際進行個案研究及評估。

  •   The purpose of this study is to revise and develop the system of transforming the national curriculum key concepts into school evaluation indicator in elementary and junior high schools. To achieve the purpose, literature review and interview will be employed. The conclusions of this research are as follows: 1.The system of transforming the national curriculum key concepts into school evaluation indicators in elementary and junior high schools should include 12 items, such as curriculum leadership and so on. 2. The system of transforming the national curriculum key concepts into school evaluation indicators in curriculum design and implementation dimension in elementary and junior high schools should include 9 indicators and 20 important contents. 3. The system of transforming the national curriculum key concepts into school evaluation indicators in teacher teaching and development dimension in elementary and junior high schools should include 12 indicators and 19 important contents. 4. The system of transforming the national curriculum key concepts into school evaluation indicators in student learning and ability to show dimension in elementary and junior high schools should include 9 indicators and 24 important contents.

      Suggestions for educational policy: 1. Please apply the system of transforming the national curriculum key concepts into school evaluation indicator to assess continuously the effectiveness of school operation in elementary and junior high schools. 2.The system of transforming the national curriculum key concepts into school evaluation indicator should increase administration management and school environment construction in elementary and junior high schools, and to construct the relevant indicators and their important content; 3. Please enter the field of elementary and junior high schools to do the actual case study and assessment.
