　　本研究是一兩年期計畫。第一年主要是編製電腦化認知診斷測驗，第二年至中小學教學現場進行實驗，探究認知診斷模式結合補救教學之成效。本研究從實務應用之觀點，以DINA模式為基礎，編製認知診斷測驗，根據評量結果進行補救教學模式設計，探討結合DINA模式之認知診斷測驗在提升學生學習成就方面之效能。研究方法採用不等組準實驗設計，研究對象為國小四年級的學生共107人，研究結果顯示：1)本研究所編製之認知診斷測驗具有良好的信度與效度；2)個別化數位補救教學成效優於使用傳統團班補救教學之控制組學生，特別是對於中、低能力的學生，效果更是顯著。

　　This study is proposed for two-year period of research implementation. The first year of the project focused on developing computerized cognitive diagnostic assessments. The second-year project designed an experiment to explore the performance of remedy instruction based on DINA model in educational practical settings. The methodology of this study is the non-equivalent quasi-experimentation design. The samples are 107 4th grade students chosen from two elementary schools. The results showed: 1) the test has good properties in reliability and validity; 2) the personalized digital remedial teaching method can enhance the remedial result, especially for medium-achieved and low-achieved students.
