　　無人可以自外於全球化的趨勢，世界各先進國家均積極提升青年人的全球移動力以更進一步培育在地青年具有全球公民意識與行動。我國自2014年起透過相關政策積極增進青年學生之全球移動力，本研究將進行教育部現行補助增進青年學生全球移動力方案推展的現況盤點，並進一步選擇主要推動方案項目進行參與學生「全球移動力」發展之問卷調查並輔以參與學生之焦點座談，以瞭解政策實際實施之成效評估，並延續張珍瑋、陳淑敏（2017）之「我國青年學生全球移動力之研究」進行追蹤調查，以期達成本研究之目的：1.瞭解教育部補助高中職階段與高等教育階段學生提升「全球移動力」方案與項目之現況；2.追蹤我國高中職與高等教育階段學生的全球移動力自評發展；3.探究教育部提升青年學生全球移動力現行推動項目的實施成效；4. 歸納研究結果，提供我國未來培養青年學生全球移動力的政策建議。

　　To cultivate young generation with abilities as global citizens is the goal for many countries in the era of globalization. The recent policies announced by Ministry of Education （2014） in Taiwan regarding to promote young generation’s global mobility is an example. This research aims to collect and analyze the current policies regarding “promoting youth and students’ global mobility” and further select main strategic plans to conduct global mobility survey on those who received funding for understanding the performance of policy practices. In addition, this research continues Chang and Chen’s (2017) research to follow up with the same group from 2015 to do global mobility survey again in 2018 for inquiring their development of global mobility during the 2 years. The research will contribute to the following goals: 1. To know the current implementation of “promoting youth and student’s global mobility” at senior high school level and higher education level by MOE; 2. To follow up the development of students’ global mobility at senior high school and higher education levels; 3. To inquire the performance of the strategic plans of “promoting youth and student’s global mobility” by MOE; 4. To provide suggestions for further policies and practices for promoting young generation’s global mobility.
