本計畫旨在建構我國大專學生共通核心能力架構,作為下一階段發展測驗工具之基礎,俾能更有效地評估與追蹤大專學生學習成效,對全國高等教育品質進行更全面與更具體的檢視,落實國家應肩負之教育績效責任。具體研究目的包括:1.盤點國內各大專校院所訂定之大專學生共通核心能力與指標項目內容;2.盤點國內各勞動、教育等相關部門之大專學生共通核心能力內涵與指標項目內容;3.參考國際組織與主要國家大專學生共通核心能力內涵與指標項目內容;4.探討我國大專學生共通核心能力在學校現場之應用模式;5.凝聚國內學者專家共識後提出國家層級之大專學生共通核心能力的架構。6.發展大專學生共通核心能力測驗工具之構面。
The main purpose of this study is to establish the framework of instrument on Taiwanese college students' common core competency. It will help to more effectively assess the learning outcomes of college students, analyze its development trends, and evaluate the quality of higher education in a more comprehensive view for the responsibility of educational performance that the government should shoulder. The main research objectives of this study include: 1. To check the content and indicators of common core competency of colleges in Taiwan. 2. To check the content and indicators of common core competency of colleges in Taiwanese education and labor relative authorities. 3. To take international organizations and main countries’ content and indicators of common core competency of colleges students. 4. To explore the application model of common core competency of colleges students in Taiwan colleges. 5. To aggregate the opinions about common core competency of colleges in Taiwan from experts and scholars. 6. To construct the dimensions of common core competency of colleges in Taiwan.
